Job Description:

As a Recruiter in our firm, you are a confidant and an advisor to all managers and their recruiting needs.  You will be responsible for finding creative methods to attract new candidates via advertising on the web, networking within the industry, as well as developing and implementing innovative strategies to find the best consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• To recruit top professionals for consulting engagements;
• Create & maintain a catalogue of potential resources;
• Work with our sales team to ensure that our clients’ consulting requirements are understood; and
• Work with the Consultants to refine, customize and formulate resumes into our companies design format.

Skills and Qualifications: (M) Mandatory, (D) Desirable

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• 3 or more years of consultant recruiting experience including significant experience in recruiting IT professionals.(M)
• Excellent written and verbal and organization skills. (M)
• Confident and enjoy networking with people (M)
• Strong planning, follow-up and organizational skills (M)
• A solid track record of achievement (M)
• Experience working within a growing, fast-paced, high tech and professional environment (D)
• Bilingual (D)
• Reliability clearance with PWGSC and able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance (D)
