Position:                 Network and Technical Support

Requirements:           The candidate must have the following skills and/or experience: 

• Minimum 3 years current experience within the last 5 years supporting a Windows (XP, Vista) desktop working in a mixed NetWare and Windows server environment;
• Minimum 5 years experience with Local Area Networks in a networking environment;
• Minimum 3 years current experience working with Zenworks NetWare/OES Linux and Windows server environment;
• Prior experience with Network Administration and user support within a high security environment;
• Experience supporting the Novell GroupWise email system;
• Experience with encryption/security software in support of desktops and laptops;
• Experience in installing, patching, testing, supporting, managing corporate application suites (Corel WP suite, MS Office suite);
• Experience with HP Service Desk / Service Manager;
• Have a Microsoft Certified Professional MCP certification; and
• Have received formal training in Windows 2000/2003

Desired Attributes:       It is highly desirable to have:

• Secret Security Clearance or higher,
